{Booking}

01. How do we book?
Send your date, location, and coverage needs via our contact form or WhatsApp. We respond to all photography enquiries in Ireland within 1 business day. Once confirmed, we'll send a clear quote with next steps (Monday to Friday).
02. Do you require a deposit or booking fee?
Yes, your date is secured with a booking fee. The remaining balance and due dates are confirmed in your booking agreement. This ensures your slot is reserved and we can begin planning.
03. How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, we recommend booking 6 to 12 months ahead, especially for summer dates. For graduations, events, and portraits, 4–8 weeks is usually sufficient, but earlier is better during peak seasons (May–September and graduation periods).
04. Can we reschedule if something comes up?
If you need to move a session due to illness or unexpected circumstances, contact us as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to find a new date. Terms for rescheduling are outlined in your booking agreement.
05. What happens after we book?
You'll receive a booking confirmation with your agreed package, delivery timeline, and payment schedule.

For weddings and events, we'll schedule a planning call closer to the date to finalise timelines and must-have shots.

{Delivery}

01. When will we get our photos?
Turnaround depends on the service and time of year. Your confirmed delivery timeline is included in writing at booking. Most clients receive a small preview set within a few days, with the full gallery following once editing is complete.
02. Do we get sneak peeks?
Yes, most bookings include a small preview set delivered quickly after your session. This is perfect for sharing on social media while you wait for the full gallery.
03. How are photos delivered?
All galleries are delivered via a private online link. You can browse, download, and share directly from the gallery. Some packages include a USB drive, this is specified in your quote.
04. How many photos will we receive?
This varies by package and coverage length. Exact numbers are confirmed in your booking.
05. Can we download all our photos?
Yes, your online gallery includes high-resolution downloads for all edited images. You can download individually or select multiple files at once.

{Editing}

01. What's your editing style?
Clean, natural colour with rich and flattering skin tones. My approach
focuses on timeless editing rather than heavy filters, ensuring your
photos still look like you while feeling polished and professional. The goal
is images that remain beautiful and natural for years to come.
02. Do you retouch photos?
We do full retouching on selected images (especially for portraits and headshots).
03. Can we request specific edits?
Yes, once you receive your gallery, you can request minor adjustments to specific images. Major edits or additional retouching may incur a fee, which we'll confirm beforehand.
04. Do you deliver unedited/raw files?
No, we only deliver professionally edited images. Raw files are not included as they don't represent the finished quality of our work. If you have specific concerns, discuss them before booking.

{Usage Rights}

01. Can we print and share our photos?
Yes, personal use rights are included for all clients. This means you can print, share on social media, and use images for personal projects (wedding albums, family gifts, etc.).
02. Can we use photos for business or marketing?
For corporate and event bookings, we provide a clear licence for your organisation to use images on your website, social media, press, and internal communications. Terms are confirmed in your quote. Personal bookings do not include commercial rights.
03. Will you post our images on your website or social media?
All permissions related to the use and sharing of images are granted under the Agreement.
04. Do you watermark the photos?
No, your delivered images do not include watermarks. We may use small, unobtrusive branding on preview images shared on social media (with your permission), but your downloadable files are clean.

{Weather & Backups}

01. What if it rains on the day?
Irish weather is Irish weather. We'll use indoor or sheltered locations and keep portraits efficient. If conditions are unsafe or would ruin the experience, we'll reschedule where possible. A wet-weather plan is included for all outdoor sessions across Ireland.
02. Do you have backup equipment?
Yes, backup cameras, lenses, and storage are part of our standard workflow. We carry dual camera bodies on every booking so we can keep shooting even if something fails.
03. What if you're sick or can't make it?
This is rare, but we have a network of trusted associate photographers who can step in if needed. Your booking agreement outlines our contingency plans.
04. Do you offer a second photographer?
Yes, second photographers are recommended for larger weddings and events. They provide wider coverage and faster flow (especially for family photos). This is included in some packages or available as an add-on.

{Prints & Albums}

01. Do you offer prints and albums?
Yes, prints, framing, and albums are available on request with clear pricing. We can guide you on sizes, materials, and what works best for your images.
02. Can we print photos ourselves?
Yes, your high-resolution downloads are print-ready. We recommend professional labs for best quality, but you're free to print wherever you prefer.
03. How long do we have access to the online gallery?
Galleries remain active for 12 months from delivery. We recommend downloading and backing up your images within this period. Extended hosting is available on request.
04. Are there extra costs we should know about?
Travel outside the local area, studio hire (if required), extra coverage hours, prints, albums, and additional retouching are quoted separately. All potential costs are outlined in your quote before booking, no surprises later.
