Terms & Conditions

1. Booking

A booking is confirmed once the client accepts the quotation and the required booking fee has been received. Until the booking fee has been paid and written confirmation has been issued, the requested date remains available to other clients.

The booking fee secures the photographer’s time and therefore is non-refundable, except in circumstances where Eagle Productions must cancel the booking.

2. Pricing and Packages

Package prices listed on the website are guide prices. Final pricing may vary depending on the location, duration of coverage, travel requirements, and any additional services requested.

A detailed quotation outlining the agreed services and total cost will be provided prior to confirmation of the booking.

3. Payments

A booking fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your booking confirmation.

Failure to complete payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the booking fee.

4. Delivery of Images

Preview images may be delivered shortly after the session or event where applicable. The full edited gallery will be delivered once editing and quality checks have been completed.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the project scope and workload at the time. Clients will receive their final images through a secure online gallery for viewing and downloading.

5. Editing Style

All images are edited in Eagle Productions’ professional style, including colour correction, exposure adjustments, and general enhancements.

By booking, clients acknowledge that they are familiar with the photographer’s editing style as presented in the portfolio. Requests for extensive retouching or alternative editing styles may incur additional fees.

RAW or unedited images are not provided.

6. Image Usage Rights

Clients receive personal-use rights for their images. This includes downloading, printing, and sharing the images on social media for personal purposes.

Images may not be used for commercial, advertising, or promotional purposes without written permission from Eagle Productions.

Eagle Productions retains the copyright to all images created.

7. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Eagle Productions reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio display, website content, social media, and marketing purposes.

Clients who prefer their images not to be used for promotional purposes must notify Eagle Productions prior to or at the time of booking.

8. Rescheduling

If a session must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a suitable alternative date.

Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Availability of alternative dates cannot be guaranteed.

9. Weather

Outdoor sessions may be adjusted, relocated, or rescheduled if weather conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable for photography.

Any weather-related adjustments will be discussed with the client where possible.

10. Coverage Limitations

The photographer will make every reasonable effort to capture important moments during the session or event. However, certain moments may be missed due to circumstances beyond the photographer’s control, including schedule delays, venue restrictions, environmental limitations, or interference from guests.

Clients are encouraged to provide a list of key moments or group photographs in advance where applicable.

11. Cooperation

The success of any photography session depends on the cooperation of all participants. Eagle Productions cannot be held responsible for compromised coverage caused by venue restrictions, guest interference, or individuals refusing to cooperate during photography.

Where possible, the client should assist in ensuring that key participants are available when required for photographs.

12. Late Arrival

Clients arriving significantly later than the agreed start time may reduce the available session time. Eagle Productions cannot guarantee full coverage if a session begins later than scheduled.

Session end times will remain as originally booked unless additional time is available and agreed upon.

13. Creative Control

Eagle Productions retains full creative control over the style, composition, and editing of the final images.

While client input and preferences are always welcomed, final artistic decisions remain at the discretion of the photographer.

14. Image Selection

Not every photograph taken during a session or event will be delivered. Images that do not meet professional standards, including test shots, duplicates, images with closed eyes, or technical imperfections, may be omitted from the final gallery.

The final gallery represents the photographer’s professional judgment and curated selection of images.

15. Image Storage

Eagle Productions will store delivered images for a limited period after the gallery has been delivered.

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely backing up their images once they are received. Long-term storage of images cannot be guaranteed.

16. Cancellations

If the client cancels a booking, the booking fee remains non-refundable as it secures the photographer’s time and availability.

In the event that Eagle Productions must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a suitable replacement photographer or provide a full refund of the booking fee.

17. Liability

While every effort is made to safeguard all files and produce high-quality images, Eagle Productions cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failure, weather conditions, venue restrictions, illness, power outages, or other unforeseen events.

In the unlikely event of severe technical failure or loss of images, liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the photography services.
